In this paper, Barlase has been taken a step further by emulating the degradation processes in high power semiconductor laser bars using an upgraded version of Barlase by the introduction of a global thermal solver to further deepen the understanding of the behaviour of laser bars. In this paper, the emulation of a real laser bar was investigated to emulate experimental results by simulating the experimental results in the view of finding a correlation between them. The results established show a more elaborate frown shaped power/current profile and a corresponding frown shaped temperature profile especially at the front facet of the laser bar. Even though a more elaborate frown shaped profile was realised in the power, current and temperature profiles, it fell short from what was seen in the experimental results. As the emulation of laser bar degradation has not been attempted before, further work is needed to achieve better agreement in the output power, current and temperature profiles to better the model.erotic preteen sex stories

The research is based on development of an authentication system. Similar to these is the facial features authentication method which is a very new and unpopular method of authentication. The method is very unique with its operation as it doesn’t require contact between the individual and the authentication device. The palm and retinal scanners have motivated the invention of the authentication system. Retinal scanners are contactless authentication methods which scans the venation in the retinal of the individual which is of course unique to human beings. The technology employed in this work uses picture frames from videos, detects facial features, and or matches the face to the respective individual’s face features in the database. Authentication systems are used to identify or verify an individual as well as to distinguish the individual so far identified. The recent advances in representations of video have achieved outstanding de-noising results, but removing real, structured noise in digital videos remains a challenging problem. In video de-noising the goal of proposed algorithm is to achieve an efficient, adaptive and high-quality video de-noising algorithm. In video and television, noise refers to the random dot pattern that is superimposed on the image as a result of electronic noise. Images taken with both digital cameras and conventional cameras will pick up noise from a variety of sources. This paper deals with performance comparison of Median and Wiener Filters in video de-noising for Gaussian noise and Salt & Pepper noise. The environmental condition of Niger Delta is harsh with average humidity of about 85 percent (relative), and rainfall of about 2500mm. Some of the factors may affect the machine directly or indirectly. It is necessary to take a critical study to identify the effect of humidity so that proper selection could be made for safe operation and for longer life of the equipment.From the results, humidity was the most severe environmental factor that affect the machine. This work offers the use of an active inductor and capacitor to build RF band-pass filter with 0.18μm and TSMC process. Based on the proposed structure, a prototype 1 GHz active filter designed and simulated in a 0.18μm CMOS technology. Simulation results for the designed RF band-pass filter show S21 > 19dB and consuming power less than 14 mW from 1.8 V supply voltage. The absolute values of reflection parameters (|S11| and |S22|) are about 60 dB. Low-bandwidth linear noise at output node are less than -170 dB and Advanced Design System (ADS) used to produce 1 GHz band-pass active filter simulation results.why do men cheat on their girlfriends
